Eric McNulty-Bey, 52 is charged in Buchanan County with a felony of resisting/interfering with arrest.

According to court documents, Saturday McNulty-Bey fled from officers with the St. Joseph Police Department in a 1994 Green Jeep Cherokee in the area of 77 Francis Street. Det. The vehicle McNulty-Bey was accused of driving was reported stolen on July 16th.
