ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
At noon on Sunday an officer on patrol observed 37-year-old James Myers of Warrensburg, Missouri, walking in the 300 block South 4th Street in Atchison and took him into custody on a Municipal Court warrant, according to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Myers is being held on requested charges for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court.
