The city of St. Joseph is considering a $294,295 contract to lease 15 newer model golf carts for Fairview Golf Course for three years. The lease will cost $12,150 per year and will replace the current 2014 model carts with 2018 models. The city council will vote on the contract at the March 16 meeting, which will be funded by the Parks Tax.
