Triumph Foods has announced a large scale expansion at it’s facility in St. Joseph.
One of the larges pork processors in the United States, Triumph Foods has announced a nearly $30 million expansion to it’s facility at 5302 Stockyards Expressway. The expansion will increase the facilities cold storage and shipping space, as well as set a stage for increased production.
The expansion also involves the acquisition and installation of new equipment, machinery and personal property related to the project.
Triumph is St. Joseph’s second largest employer.
