David Villanueva sworn in as new Hiawatha Kansas police chief

David Villanueva has been sworn in as the new police chief of Hiawatha Kansas, succeeding former Chief Mickey Gruber. Villanueva, who brings 31 years of law enforcement experience, previously served with the Salina Police Department.
